நிரல் 8: கட்சி அரசியலமைப்பில் முன்மொழியப்பட்ட திருத்தங்கள்

ஜனநாயக செயல் கட்சியின் அரசியலமைப்பு (இனிமேல் "ஜசெக அரசியலமைப்பு "என்று குறிப்பிடப்படும்) என்று முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது:-

பிரிவு XIX: நாடாளுமன்ற தொகுதி தொடர்பு செயற்குழு

(1) ஜசெக அரசியலமைப்பில் XIX பிரிவில் 9 சிறிய பிரிவு நீக்கப்பட்டு அதற்கு பதிலாக:

9. இரண்டு மாதங்களுக்கு ஒருமுறை தொடர்புக்குழு கூட்டம் ஒன்றை ஏற்பாடு செய்து,25 சதவீதத்திற்கும் அதிகமான உறுப்பினர்களின் வருகையை உறுதிப்படுத்த வேண்டும். கூட்டத்தின் அறிவிப்பு கூட்டத்திற்கு 7 நாட்களுக்கு முன்னதாகவே தொடர்புக்குழுவின் அனைத்து உறுப்பினர்களுக்கும் அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும்.

பிரிவு XXI: கிளையின் ஆண்டு பொதுக் கூட்டம்

(2) பிரிவு XXI சிறிய பிரிவு 3A நீக்கப்பட்டு அதற்கு பதிலாக:

3. A. இந்த உட்பிரிவின் கீழுள்ள 3-வது பிரிவில், பின்வரும் (a) & (b) ஆகியவை இதன் மூலம் ஒவ்வொரு இரண்டு வருடங்களுக்கும் நடைபெறும்.

Agenda 8: Proposed Amendments to the Party Constitution

RESOLVED that the Constitution of the Democratic Action Party (hereinafter referred to as “the DAP Constitution”) be amended as follows: -

CLAUSE XIX PARLIAMENTARY LIAISON COMMITTEE

(1) That Clause XIX sub-clause 9 of the DAP Constitution be deleted and substitute with the following:

9. The Parliamentary Liaison Committee shall meet once in two months and more than twenty five percent of its members shall form the quorum at a properly convened meeting. The notice calling for a meeting shall be sent to all members of the Committee at least seven days before the date of the meeting.

CLAUSE XXI BRANCH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

(2) That Clause XXI sub-clause 3A of the DAP Constitution be deleted and substitute with the following:

3. A. Notwithstanding sub-clause 3 of this clause the business under (a) & (b) thereof shall be conducted biennially
